Wow! This product is amazing! I cannot believe how cheap it was for the amount of things you get. The box it comes with is beautiful and has handles and latches to carry around. It comes with so much! I was honestly shocked at how much I received and what high quality it was. They give you acrilipaints, paint blocks, a color mixer, stencils, paint brushes, sharper, shader, 3 sketch books, colored pencils, and oil pastels! I highly recommend this product.
This art set is perfect, it's well thought out with just the right amount of charcoal pencils, acrylic paints, in both tube and stick, nice brushes, its design it quite smart and the sketch pads are made well just like the wood case it all come in, Delivery was as promised, I highly recommend this item it's a great deal for the price, it's perfect for a preteen, teen and adult!
Craftmanship on this box is so not worth it. 10 yr old opened the drawer and front fell off. Top front of box falling apart. Not regular wood. Made of balsam wood. Definitely sad as I thought thus would be a good buy. Clearly not sanded well and parts are not glued together at all small tacks used that appear worthless. Now I have to glue box back together myself. Just bad !! 1 star is even too good for the disappointment!
UPDATE 01-04-2020 - Customer Service has been in touch and seems very concerned regarding the quality of the box we received. They have sent out a new one free of charge. I like when Customer Service is responsive as they have been. I am upgrading the review rating pending the arrival of the new box. Stay tuned.
Customer service reached out to me and was super with sending me a new art box. I was shocked to find it full of supplies as I just asked them to replace the box itself. They were fantastic and shipped a new one too me. I am happy to report that I would purchase from this company again without a doubt!
