Super flattering dress I ended up ordering a large and an XL to try on and returned the XL. The green is more of a teal. Still so pretty I ordered it in the pink too. I am 5’7 175lbs and a 38D and the large fit perfectly like a glove. XL was to big on the top. Thick material but stretchy so hugs everywhere but not in an unflattering way.

The dress was fabulous! I dressed as a queen for a day for my 55th birthday, and I got so many compliments! The sequins are smaller than traditional sequins, and I think that gives the dress a nice elegance. (It dropped only a few sequins for me all night.)

The design is unique, and that also adds to the allure. I got the dark green and gold dress, and I found it interesting that the gold sequins appear to be different colors depending on the light and the angle. Sometimes it’s more silver; sometimes more yellow gold; sometimes more rose gold. This

means you can get away with more options in your accessories!

The fabric is actually sheer black with a black liner. I’d had some concern about how I’d like the bottom of the skirt since the liner doesn’t extend all the way to the floor, but I found that to be really barely noticeable.

I did make a couple of alterations. There were breast pads sewn into the bust, but I found them to be misplaced. Even my most gravity-defying bra doesn’t put the ladies up that high! I removed those. Unfortunately, that did require cutting into the inner liner just a bit, but of course, that’s not visible to others.

I also took the straps up a couple of inches. I’m not a seamstress, but I was able to do it fine with a needle and thread and about a half hour. By taking the shoulder straps up a bit, I was able to show just a little cleavage, not the “look at me” cleavage it originally had. And it's superb elegant fabulous dress that I have. The design and style are stunning that made me feel like a queen of the crowd. lol
