Nature's Base Turmeric Curcumin with Ginger, 95% Curcuminoids, Apple Cider Vinegar came neat, and securely packaged. This vitamin is sold at other stores, but not with this powerful combination or milligram dosage. This is a vitamin that every household should have in their medicine cabinets. The benefits of it is amazing. I take them orally, and also use them in many of my homemade concoctions. So far, this pill has decreased my appetite (apple cider vinegar) and I've noticed that it keeps my stomach from feeling queasy after certain meals as well...(I'm a Louisiana cook)! I take them twice a week and their easy to swallow. I place three capsules in about a cup of brown sugar and use it as a weekend facial. This vitamin is literally brightening my skin, and reducing the dark spots and bags from under my eyes. I provided a pic. I'm 40 and the only makeup I'm wearing is on my eyebrows!

So this was my first time using turmeric. I had a friend who is a big health nut and highly recommended that I get this. I didn't have the desire to cook with it so she suggested getting it in pill form. She also said to make sure it had curcumin, which is why I chose this product when shopping. Some benefits it is supposed to have are hard to weigh because you don't really know if it's going to help with Alzheimer's or reduce cancer risk. What I can tell you that it did for me though is it reduced my wrist discomfort and helped with muscle fatigue the day after a workout.

Another reason why I rated this highly is because I don't feel sick after taking this. In the past I've always had issues taking medications in pill form and always go with vitamins in gummy form, but with this one it does not irritate my stomach or make me feel uncomfortable after taking! I do always take it with a full glass of water and with food so I would suggest if you are trying this for the first time like me that you do the same.
